👋 Hi, I’m Shane — a B.Tech IT graduate from SRM University with hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Email Deliverability, and DNS Management.

I design and operate production-ready systems — from Django apps to VM-based hosting with Nginx, mail stack configuration (MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and DNS hygiene. My focus is reliable, secure, and maintainable infrastructure.

Recently, I built a fully self-hosted mail infrastructure using BIND for authoritative DNS, custom NS records, Postfix + Dovecot, and full SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment. I engineered the entire stack end-to-end and achieved verified “status=sent” delivery from my MTA.

Reverse Proxy Infrastructure
Configured a reverse proxy layer with TLS termination on GCP, routing traffic securely to an isolated backend service. Domain live: utree.sbs / www.utree.sbs, fully operational over HTTPS with a clean, scalable architecture using custom SSL infrastructure.

Multi-Region High-Availability Reverse Proxy Architecture
Deployed a multi-region high-availability application using an Nginx reverse proxy failover architecture, with SSL termination and upstream health checks to ensure continuous service availability.

Forward Proxy Access Control with Squid
Built and tested a forward proxy using Squid on a VM to control outbound web access. Configured firewall rules, client-side proxy routing, and domain-based ACLs to selectively block websites and validate traffic flow through Squid access logs.

Cloud Monitoring & Observability with Datadog
Designed and deployed a cloud monitoring setup to observe infrastructure and containerized workloads. The project includes a Dockerized backend service exposed via Nginx with HTTPS and Datadog integration for metrics, logs, and alerting. Monitoring was validated by simulating CPU load, application errors, and service downtime.
